Audit records give setup users a trace of changes against the event.

When to use it

Use audit when:

• an access change needs checking;
• a template was applied and you want to confirm it;
• a map or module setting changed unexpectedly;
• the show team asks why something appeared or disappeared.

Audit is not a live incident log. Use Event Control for the operational record.

Best practice

Check audit after major setup changes and before show day sign-off. It catches accidental edits while there is still time to fix them.
