When to use it
Use audit when:
- an access change needs checking;
- a template was applied and you want to confirm it;
- a map or module setting changed unexpectedly;
- the show team asks why something appeared or disappeared.
Audit is not a live incident log. Use Event Control for the operational record.
Best practice
Check audit after major setup changes and before show day sign-off. It catches accidental edits while there is still time to fix them.
